I have not received my tickets via email. What should I do?
Check your spam / junk mail folders. Your tickets and receipt, have been sent attached to a html email with a few links and images, these can sometimes be triggers for more sensitive spam filters.
If you can't locate your email or ticket try the following:
1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to Events > My Tickets in the left hand menu
3. Download your tickets
If your tickets do not appear here then there are two possible reasons:
1. Your payment did not complete successfully and you were not allocated any tickets
2. You are logged into a different uTicket account than that which was used to purchase you tickets. You may have accidentally created another uTicket account by making a typo when first signing up.
If this is the case you will need to contact us with as much detail about your order as possible.
