The event I was going to attend has been cancelled. What should I do now?
If an event has been cancelled then you will be refunded back to the card you purchased with. Please allow up to 7 days for this to appear on your statement.
If an event has been postponed then your tickets are valid for the new date but you are also entitled to a refund if you prefer. Please contact us if this is the case.
Please note in most cases uTicket booking fees are non refundable
