How do I change my organiser images and details?

 

You can change your organiser images and details from the Events section in your account.

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click on Events in the left hand menu (this menu may be hidden but you can toggle it on and off by clicking on the hamburger icon to the left of the uTicket logo in the top bar)

Here you will see all the events you have created on uTicket.

3. Click on any event name.

This will open up the edit event form.

4. Scroll down to the Organiser section.

You will see:

Organiser name. You can edit the name here.

- Add Organiser Contact Details. Click on this to open up this menu. You can edit the contact details here.

- Organiser Profile Image. This is your logo. If you want to change it just delete the current image and upload a new one.

- Organiser Banner Image. This is the large banner image behind your logo. If you want to change it just delete the current image and upload a new one.

5. When you're done make sure and Save the event at the bottom of the page again.
